Hello, All! I haven't posted in a while, and wanted to update. But first there was a question below in my unmounted stamp post that I want to answer before I go on with today's post. Kathy M wrote in the comments and asked what I did with my wooden blocks after I unmounted the stamps... when I first unmounted some of my stamps, my ds was younger, and he played with the blocks. I sort of was holding on to them, too because I thought I might not like my rubber stamps as unmounteds. But I finally let go of that idea, since I do love my u/m's so much more than with the blocks on. And after ds became older he no longer wanted the blocks, so I sent those and ones from subsequent unmountings to an online friend who wanted them for her unmounteds (that old saying holds true that one person's trash is another person's treasure, huh?). So as I unmount, I keep the blocks to give away to someone who may want them. There have been a few that I chunked though, for various reasons (mostly b/k they were very stained or too much glue left on them, etc).
Now for today's topic...
I made a ziploc "book" last summer using my ATG tape runner. I put a line of adhesive down the bottom ends of the bags, and layered them together to form sort of a "book" with the bags. I use these bags for storing ribbon, buttons, and prima type flowers.
Here are a few photos of the results:
The primas...
And the buttons...
And the ribbon...
Hope you all are having a wonderful day!
'Till next time... :-)
~Neece, out.
